Just want to throw this out there and there are probably some of you out there who already do this: after frying up a big ol' mess of shrooms if you just didn't get enough you can take some regular button mushrooms and throw them in the grease from the morels and BAM you got another mess of shrooms soaks in all the scrumptous goodness of the once yearly morels...Gotta Love It!

I will have to give that a try. I saw some morels at Kroger the other day, but you would have to be hard up for shrooms or a rich man to eat em at like 27 bucks a half pound, or maybe a pound, either way thats a ton of money compared to the other shrooms in the store.
