Was just wondering what wireless mic systems everyone uses.  Looking for a decent system at a good price.  Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Thanks,
Keith

Keith, I too have the Samson wireless mic system, it is very good, but just like we talked about in the conference call, make sure the camera guy is wearing headphones, because my batteries went dead mid hunt and ruined the hunt. The batteries don't seem to last long in the Samson's for some reason.

yeah good call on that Ted. Keith, no matter what set up you choose be prepared to shop around for 2-3 sets of rechargable batteries and a charger.  That will tack on another $50+ or so to the cost.  Early season, it seemed like I could get two hunts (6-8 hours) before the batteries needed charging.  Once the cold hit, I was only getting one hunt before a charge was needed.

We are using the sennheiser E2-100 mics.  They have been very good mics.  You can get 3 to 4 hunts out of a set of double A batteries granted it is not too cold.  The sound is crisp and clear!  Distance is pretty good for picking up as well!
